We met Tawsha and Justin what feels like years ago. From the beginning, we knew we’d get along juuuust fine. They’re goofy, adventurous, and super cute together. We were excited about them. But we were also excited about their wedding. At Pema Osel Ling, a buddhist retreat in the Santa Cruz Mountains, the ceremony was surrounded by amazing redwood trees. The entire retreat was closed for the wedding, so we got to roam the grounds and appreciate nature. The guys and gals got ready in separate cabins, and the reception was outdoors among the trees. This Santa Cruz mountains wedding was definitely one to remember.
Tawsha decided to skip the first look with Justin. Instead, she did a sweet first look with her father. It was so cute. <3

Some amazing vendors came together to make this wedding possible. One of the most impressive was Grooms Grotto. As the brother of the groom and owner of the company, he made custom suits from the entire wedding party, including dads and kiddos. They’re AMAZING.

Wedding Photography Tip of the day: Plan on partying with the wedding party. I mean, who wants to be at a wedding all night without eating and dancing with the best of them? We like to put down the cameras and dance.
