Kevin and Ellen are both school teachers in San Jose, but they were happy to make the short trip over the mountains to Santa Cruz for a perfectly warm fall engagement session. I was tempted to jump right into the water with the rest of the October beach goers. Ahh, I love living in California! We had such a great time together, splashing in the water and climbing over the rocks. We stood in the same spot for ten minutes waiting for a perfect wave to splash up behind us, but we got bored and moved onto a different spot before we caught the shot.
Santa Cruz’s Natural Bridges state beach is the perfect spot for photos, sunning, and even hiking. Last week I took the family to watch the butterflies take a rest on their migration path! Followed, of course, by Pizza My Heart and Marianne’s ice cream.
